Anyone know of a multicolor option for a reasonable price ??

Hello everyone,
Have anyone been able to find any competing option to the Ikea's LED light strips? The main problem with this is the fact that it could only handle 4 of the strips, so if I want to chain more, I have to buy the same entire unit instead of attaching more.
I've seen some out there with a remote control, but it seems that those options still limit yourself to 4 strips per adaptor. The other options I've found is geared toward cars, or DIY-style that I'm clueless about.
Anyone know of a multicolor option for a reasonable price that allows for me to add multiple strips beyond the base 4? Or some easy-to-do conversion option that would allow me to upgrade to multiple strips?
